Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is a lot better than the Honor Magic3 Pro's 72.8 general score. The Xperia 1 III design is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner than the Honor Magic3 Pro, even when they were released only 1 months apart. These phones work with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that.
Honor Magic3 Pro and Xperia 1 III feature incredibly similar processing units, and although the Xperia 1 III has a higher amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a little sharper display than Honor Magic3 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels.
The Sony Xperia 1 III has a bit better camera than Honor Magic3 Pro, because although it has a back facing camera with a lot worse 12 megapixels resolution and a smaller back-facing camera sensor which offers a worse photo and video quality, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture.
