Sony Xperia 1 V is much better than the Honor Magic3 Pro, with a score of 82.7 against 72.8. These phones include Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia 1 V has the newer 13 version while Honor Magic3 Pro has Android 11 version, providing lots of additional features and performance enhancements.
