Comparison review
TCL 20 Pro 5G is a bit better than Honor Magic3 Pro, getting a global score of 76.1 against 72.8. These phones have the same Android 11 OS, so both should give you all the same OS features. Although the TCL 20 Pro 5G and the Honor Magic3 Pro were released with only a couple months difference, TCL 20 Pro 5G's construction is a bit thicker but lighter.
The Honor Magic3 Pro has a little sharper screen than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has a little better pixel density, a little bit bigger screen and a better 1344 x 2772 resolution. The TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Honor Magic3 Pro, and although they both have equal 256 GB internal storage capacity, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
The Honor Magic3 Pro has a bit better hardware performance than TCL 20 Pro 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Honor Magic3 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. The Honor Magic3 Pro counts with a little better battery duration than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity.
TCL 20 Pro 5G captures much clearer photos and videos than Honor Magic3 Pro, because although it has a lower 48 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a way smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing lot lower quality photographs, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better images and video in low light situations.
