Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is a lot better than Honor Magic3 Pro, having a 91.5 score against 72.8. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has newer 12 version and Honor Magic3 Pro has Android 11 version. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is a just a little lighter device than the Honor Magic3 Pro, but they are 0.35inches thick.
