Comparison review

The LG V50 ThinQ is much better than Honor View30 Pro, with a global score of 83.7 against 74.6. LG V50 ThinQ is a just a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter phone than the Honor View30 Pro, even though both of them were released only a couple of months apart. These phones use the same Android 10 OS.

LG V50 ThinQ features a CPU that is just as good as the Honor View30 Pro one, and although the LG V50 ThinQ has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The LG V50 ThinQ features a bit better display than Honor View30 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a better 1440 x 3120 resolution.

Honor View30 Pro captures better videos and photos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rate and a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Honor View30 Pro also counts with a way better resolution camera in the back and a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Honor View30 Pro, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Honor View30 Pro has just a little better battery life than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 2% greater battery size.
