The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a little bit better than HTC 10, with a overall score of 81.7 against 75.7. Despite of the fact the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is older and just a little bit heavier than HTC 10, it's construction is still a little thinner. Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit sharper display than HTC 10, because although it has a just a bit worse screen pixels density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 2560 x 1440, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a quite bigger screen.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and HTC 10 count with extremely similar batteries performance.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge costs more than the HTC 10, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
