Comparison review

The Galaxy S6 edge+ has a general score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than HTC 10's overall score of 75.7. Although the Galaxy S6 edge+ and HTC 10 were released with only 9 months difference, the Galaxy S6 edge+ is a little lighter and extremely thinner. The HTC 10 features a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the HTC 10 also has a larger number of cores (and faster).

Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a slightly better screen than HTC 10, because although it has a little bit lower pixels count per inch of screen, and they both have the same resolution of 2560 x 1440, the Galaxy S6 edge+ also counts with a quite larger display. HTC 10 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video resolution and a much less megapixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and videos in poorly lited environments and a larger sensor.

HTC 10 has a lot bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Galaxy S6 edge+ and HTC 10 have similar batteries duration.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC 10. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the HTC 10, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
