The Asus PadFone E is just a bit better than the HTC Arrive, with a score of 53 against 48.3. Asus PadFone E counts with Android 4.0 OS, while HTC Arrive works with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS. Asus PadFone E's body is incredibly newer, thinner and a lot lighter than HTC Arrive. The Asus PadFone E features a bit superior processor than HTC Arrive, although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, they both have 1 CPU cores.
