Comparison review

HTC ThunderBolt has an overall score of 55.9, which is slightly better than HTC Desire 200's 51.4 overall score. Even though the HTC ThunderBolt is a better phone than HTC Desire 200, it must be noted that it's also a noticeably older, thicker and a lot heavier phone. These phones work with the same Android 4.0 OS (Operating System).

HTC ThunderBolt features a bit faster CPU than HTC Desire 200, and although they both have a Single-Core processor, the HTC ThunderBolt also has 256 MB more RAM memory and an extra graphics processing unit. HTC ThunderBolt features a little sharper display than HTC Desire 200, because it has a lot better resolution of 800 x 480px, a better number of pixels per inch in the screen and a bigger screen.

HTC ThunderBolt features a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than HTC Desire 200, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 32 GB, the HTC ThunderBolt also has 4 GB more internal memory. The HTC ThunderBolt has just a little bit longer battery life than HTC Desire 200, because it has 1400mAh of battery capacity against 1230mAh.

The HTC ThunderBolt counts with just a bit better camera than HTC Desire 200, because it has a much higher 8 MP resolution camera in the back and a lot higher video resolution.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the HTC ThunderBolt is also by far the cheapest one, which makes this phone an obvious call.
