Samsung Galaxy Express has an overall score of 62.7, which is a bit better than HTC Desire 310's 57.2 general score. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Express has the older 4.1 version and HTC Desire 310 has Android 4.2. Despite of the fact that Samsung Galaxy Express is older than HTC Desire 310, it's construction is just a little lighter and thinner.
