Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is way better than the HTC Desire 400's 55.1 overall score. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 3 has newer 5.0 version while HTC Desire 400 has Android 4.1.1, so it counts with a lot of extra features and some performance improvements. The Galaxy Note 3 is a a little thinner but a lot heavier cellphone than the HTC Desire 400.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a much more vibrant screen than HTC Desire 400, because it has a much bigger screen, a much greater amount of pixels per screen inch and a much better 1920 x 1080 resolution. Galaxy Note 3 has a way better performance than HTC Desire 400, because it has an extra GPU, a higher number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy Note 3 features a way better camera than HTC Desire 400, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures in low light situations, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a lot more megapixels back facing camera and a larger camera sensor taking higher quality photos.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a much greater memory to store more apps and games than HTC Desire 400, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also has 64 GB internal memory. Galaxy Note 3 has a really longer battery performance than HTC Desire 400, because it has a 78 percent more battery capacity.

In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is also cheap compared to the HTC Desire 400, making it a very good choice.
