The Galaxy S4 is much better than the HTC Desire 510, with a overall score of 78.2 against 58.8. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S4 has 4.4.2 version while HTC Desire 510 has Android 4.4, providing the user a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements. The Galaxy S4 body is a lot thinner and somewhat lighter than HTC Desire 510, despite of the fact that it was released around a year before.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a bit better CPU than HTC Desire 510, because although it has a 32 bits CPU instead of 64-bits, and they both have a 450 MHz graphics processor and a Quad-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also counts with more RAM memory. The Galaxy S4 counts with a lot better display than HTC Desire 510, because it has a lot better resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a much higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a bit larger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than HTC Desire 510, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy S4 takes much clearer photographs and videos than HTC Desire 510, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video quality, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also has a much more mega pixels back-facing camera.
The Galaxy S4 has greater battery life than HTC Desire 510, because it has a 2600mAh battery size instead of 2100mAh.
The Galaxy S4 is a little more expensive than the HTC Desire 510, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
