The Microsoft Lumia 640 is slightly better than the HTC Desire 510, having a 64.3 score against 58.8. The Microsoft Lumia 640 comes with Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, while HTC Desire 510 has Android 4.4 operating system. The Microsoft Lumia 640 body is a little lighter and thinner than HTC Desire 510.
