Galaxy S Relay 4G is just a bit better than HTC Desire 516, getting a 61.3 score against 55.8. Both phones in this review come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S Relay 4G has older 4.0 version and HTC Desire 516 has Android 4.3. The Galaxy S Relay 4G construction is way thicker but a little lighter than HTC Desire 516.
The Galaxy S Relay 4G features a little bit better looking screen than HTC Desire 516, because although it has a little worse 800 x 480 resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a little more pixels per display inch. The Galaxy S Relay 4G features a little bit better processing power than HTC Desire 516, because although it has less cpu cores , and they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Galaxy S Relay 4G also counts with an extra GPU.
The HTC Desire 516 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy S Relay 4G. Both have the same video definition, the same video frame rate and a back-facing camera with a 5 mega-pixels. Galaxy S Relay 4G counts with a much better storage for apps and games than HTC Desire 516, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 32 GB, the Galaxy S Relay 4G also has 8 GB internal storage capacity.
HTC Desire 516 counts with a bit better battery duration than Galaxy S Relay 4G, because it has an 8% larger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G is also by far the cheapest one, making it an easy decision.
