Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Sony Xperia L1 has 7.0 Nougat version while HTC Desire 600 has Android 4.1 version.

HTC Desire 600 has a better screen than Xperia L1, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a way lower 960 x 540 pixels resolution and a just a little lower pixel density. The Xperia L1 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC Desire 600, because it has 16 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 256 GB.

The Xperia L1 features a bit superior processor than HTC Desire 600, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Xperia L1 also counts with a higher amount of RAM. The Xperia L1 counts with a much longer battery life than HTC Desire 600, because it has a 2620mAh battery capacity instead of 1860mAh.

Sony Xperia L1 features just a bit better camera than HTC Desire 600, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs and videos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a much more mega pixels back facing camera.

Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the Sony Xperia L1 is also very cheap compared to the other phones, which makes it a no doubt choice.
