Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the Nokia 3.1 A has the newer 9.0 Pie version and HTC Desire has Android 4.4. Nokia 3.1 A's body is much newer and just a little thinner, but just a little heavier than HTC Desire.

The Nokia 3.1 A features a bit more vivid display than HTC Desire, because it has a bigger display, a much higher 720 x 1440 resolution and a higher pixels density.
