Comparison review

Galaxy S4 is a lot better than HTC Desire, with a score of 76.1 against 60.6. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and HTC Desire has Android 4.4. The Galaxy S4 is an older phone than HTC Desire, but Samsung was able to make it just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner anyway.

Samsung Galaxy S4 has a little better processing power than HTC Desire, because although it has a slower graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S4 has a lot better display than HTC Desire, because it has a lot higher display pixel density, a lot higher 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little bit larger display.

The Galaxy S4 counts with a way better camera than HTC Desire, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy S4 also has a larger aperture to take better low light photos and video and a much more mega pixels back camera. The Galaxy S4 features a little bit better memory for applications and games than HTC Desire, because although it has a SD card slot that admits 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB internal storage.

The Galaxy S4 has improved battery duration than HTC Desire, because it has a 2600mAh battery size against 2040mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a bit more expensive than the HTC Desire, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
