Huawei P40 is way better than the HTC Desire 620, getting an 86.4 score against 64.4. Huawei P40 counts with Android 10 operating system, and HTC Desire 620 works with Android HTC Sense 6 UI operating system. The Huawei P40 body is thinner but somewhat heavier than the HTC Desire 620. The Huawei P40 features just a bit better processing power than HTC Desire 620, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU and a 32 bits processing unit instead of 64-bits, it also counts with 4 more cpu cores and more RAM memory.
Huawei P40 and HTC Desire 620 count with similar displays, although the Huawei P40 also has a larger screen, a better display density and a way better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution.
