Galaxy Note Edge has a global score of 81.7, which is a lot better than HTC Desire 620's overall score of 64.4. Galaxy Note Edge's design is somewhat thinner but heavier than HTC Desire 620. Galaxy Note Edge works with Android 5.0 operating system, and HTC Desire 620 works with Android HTC Sense 6 UI operating system.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a more vivid display than HTC Desire 620, because it has a lot greater screen density, a much better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a bit larger display.
