Samsung Galaxy S6 is a lot better than HTC Desire 620, with an 87.3 score against 64.4. Samsung Galaxy S6's construction is a bit lighter and incredibly thinner than the HTC Desire 620. Samsung Galaxy S6 comes with Android 5.0 operating system, and HTC Desire 620 has Android HTC Sense 6 UI operating system.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a sharper display than HTC Desire 620, because it has a little bit larger screen, a lot higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a much higher screen pixel density.
