Samsung Galaxy S III is just a bit better than the HTC Desire EYE, with a overall score of 69.7 against 65.6. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S III has the previous 4.3 version and HTC Desire EYE has Android 4.4.4 version. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S III is extremely older and a bit thicker than the HTC Desire EYE, it's design is still somewhat lighter.
The Samsung Galaxy S III features a bit better CPU than HTC Desire EYE, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S III also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Galaxy S III has a display that's just as good as the HTC Desire EYE one, although the Galaxy S III has a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution, a little smaller screen and much lesser pixels per display inch.
The HTC Desire EYE counts with a bit more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S III, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal storage, the HTC Desire EYE also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy S III features a slightly better camera than HTC Desire EYE, although it has a much tinier diafragm aperture, a back-facing camera with a lot worse resolution and a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
HTC Desire EYE counts with superior battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has 2400mAh of battery capacity against 2100mAh.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Samsung Galaxy S III is also very cheap compared to the other ones, which makes it a no doubt choice.
