HTC Desire EYE Review

HTC Desire EYE is a very solid Android phone released back in the year 2014, provisioned with a great Quad-Core processor ticking at 2.3 gigahertz, a comfortable 5.2 inches touch-screen, a 13 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 13 megapixels front camera.

HTC sells this device with an exceptional Quad-Core processing unit running at 2.3 gigahertz, included in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chip with a great 2 GB of RAM. A good point of this phone is its quite large 16 GB internal memory and an external memory card slot, allowing you to store a couple hundred games and applications without any problem.

Being just 0.33" thick,the HTC Desire EYE is slim and comfortable. This cellphone is quite a compact phone, considering it presents a 5.2" display and it is only 5.97 inches long and 2.91 inches wide. HTC made a very good job making this phone as lightweight as 5.43 oz.

The HTC Desire EYE is equipped with an awesome 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) 5.2 inches display, making everything look vivid and colorful.

This cellphone counts with wi-fi connectivity (although it can't be shared with other devices around, as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ 4G connectivity, which is not so fast as LTE or LTE-A 4G networks and 3G fast internet connection, supported by HSDPA and EDGE technologies. This device uses a Nano SIM card to connect to GSM networks.

This phone features two cameras, a 13 MP back facing camera and a 13 MP front-facing camera. This cellphone can also capture videos up to 1920x1080 (Full HD). The camera also has a few useful features: auto-focus, flash, face detection shooting, HDR mode and geo tagging.

This device packs an awesome 2400 mAh Li-Polymer non-removable battery, enough to provide the HTC Desire EYE with a great battery life. An issue to consider is that this phone's battery is non-replaceable so you can't buy a new battery when it begins to live shorter, though with such a big battery you will probably discard this phone before that happens.

This phone also comes with a couple of cool characteristics such as NFC (Near Field Communication), Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This cellphone costs about 335 dollars, which is not cheap for comparing with similar devices. No matter if you you love taking photographs, are looking for a social cellphone, are looking for a gamer phone or will use this cellphone for work, you will probably be very happy with it.
