HTC Desire EYE Review

HTC Desire EYE is a powerful Android cellphone launched back in the year 2014, coming with a quite big 5.2 inches display, an extremely powerful 2300 megahertz Quad-Core processor, and 2 cameras, a 13 megapixels back-facing camera and a 13 mega-pixels front-facing camera.

The HTC Desire EYE is incredibly slim and comfortable, with a thickness of just 0.33 inches. Whereas this phone is only 5.97 inches long, it is able to fit a a 5.2 inches screen. The HTC Desire EYE is much lighter than what one would expect from a phone like this.

HTC equipped this phone with a completely amazing 5.2" screen, and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (Full HD), making everything look completely perfect.

HTC decided to build this cellphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 system chip, holding a high performance 2.3 gigahertz Quad-Core processing unit with a big 2 GB RAM. The HTC Desire EYE has anice 16 GB internal storage and an SD card slot, enough to store a couple hundred games and applications without any trouble.

The HTC Desire EYE is equipped with two cameras, a 13 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 13 MP front-facing camera. The HTC Desire EYE can also film videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD). The camera also features some nice features like auto-focus, flash, face detection shooting, HDR mode and geo tagging.

This cellphone includes Wi-Fi connection (but it can't provide it to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ (4G) internet connection, that is not so fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and the fastest 3G connection type, supported by HSDPA and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a Nano SIM card for GSM carriers.

The HTC Desire EYE also comes with some nice characteristics such as NFC, Bluetooth and GPS Localization, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This cellphone features a high capacity 2400 mAh Li-Polymer non-removable battery, enough to provide this device with an extremely long battery duration. An issue to evaluate is that this phone's battery is non-removable so you can't throw it away and buy a new one when it starts to lose its charge, while with such a big battery you will probably discard this phone before it happens.

This cellphone is being sold for $ 325, a really high price for this kind of device. This cellphone is definitely a good choice for you no matter if you will use it as a gamer phone, are a photography fan, will use this phone mainly for social networks or need it for work.
