Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than HTC Desire Q, with an 85.7 score against 50.5. The Galaxy S6 Edge design is noticeably thinner but somewhat heavier than HTC Desire Q. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S6 Edge has a newer 5.0 version while HTC Desire Q has Android 4.1, so it provides you a lot of extra features.
