Comparison review
The Samsung Fascinate has an overall score of 55.1, which is a bit better than the HTC Desire's general score of 50.6. These phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Fascinate has newer 2.3 version while HTC Desire has Android 2.2, so it provides some extra features and some performance improvements. The Samsung Fascinate is a lighter and somewhat thinner cellphone than the HTC Desire, although both were only released with a few months difference.
Samsung Fascinate's processor is just as good as the HTC Desire one, because although the Samsung Fascinate has 192 MB lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, it also counts with a better graphics processor. HTC Desire counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Fascinate, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 480, the HTC Desire also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display.
Samsung Fascinate has much more storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC Desire. Both have an external SD slot that holds up to 32 GB. Samsung Fascinate has just a little bit longer battery life than HTC Desire, because it has a 1500mAh battery capacity against 1400mAh. Samsung Fascinate shoots much clearer photos and videos than HTC Desire. Both of them have a same resolution camera.
Samsung Fascinate is not only the best devices in our current comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest.
