These phones work with Android OS, but the LG V40 ThinQ has the newer 10 version while HTC DROID DNA has Android 4.4.

LG V40 ThinQ counts with a better processor than HTC DROID DNA, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more cores and 4 GB more RAM memory.
