Moto Z2 Play has an overall score of 77.4, which is much better than HTC DROID DNA's overall score of 67.5. The Moto Z2 Play design is notably newer and way thinner, but a bit heavier than the HTC DROID DNA. The Moto Z2 Play has a little bit better hardware performance than HTC DROID DNA, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.

The HTC DROID DNA has a sharper screen than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080, the HTC DROID DNA also counts with a just a bit higher display density. The Moto Z2 Play captures much clearer photos and videos than HTC DROID DNA, because it has a way better resolution back-facing camera, a lot higher video definition and a larger aperture to capture better captures and video in low-light environments.

The Motorola Moto Z2 Play has a much better storage for applications and games than HTC DROID DNA, because it has 48 GB more internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Moto Z2 Play has a way better battery performance than HTC DROID DNA, because it has a 49 percent bigger battery capacity.

Motorola Moto Z2 Play is a bit more expensive than the HTC DROID DNA, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
