Motorola DROID Turbo 2 is just a bit better than the HTC One, with a 74.8 score against 69. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola DROID Turbo 2 has 5.1 version and HTC One has Android 5.0 version, offering some nice extra features and performance enhancements.
