Galaxy S5 is much better than the HTC One, with a 77.7 score against 70.5. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Galaxy S5 has an older 4.4.2 version and HTC One has Android 5.0 version. Although the Galaxy S5 is just a little bit heavier than HTC One, it's thinner and newer. Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with a little more vivid screen than HTC One, because although it has a bit lower screen pixel density, it also counts with a little bigger display and a slightly higher resolution of 1920 x 1440.
