The iPhone XS Max is much better than HTC One A9, getting a score of 84.5 against 72.1. The iPhone XS Max is a much newer cellphone than HTC One A9, but it is a lot heavier and just a little thicker. IPhone XS Max features a better hardware performance than HTC One A9, because although it has lesser CPU cores , it also counts with more RAM and a 64-bits CPU.

The HTC One A9 has a much bigger storage for games and applications than iPhone XS Max, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
IPhone XS Max shoots much clearer videos and photos than HTC One A9, because although it has a less MP resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture for better photos and videos in low-light environments and a way higher (4K) video definition. Apple iPhone XS Max features a superior battery performance than HTC One A9, because it has 3179mAh of battery capacity instead of 2150mAh.
IPhone XS Max costs a lot more than the HTC One A9, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
