The Galaxy S20 FE has a score of 90.8, which is a lot better than HTC One (M8)'s score of 70.4. These phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 FE has 11 version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0 version. Even though Galaxy S20 FE is heavier than HTC One (M8), it's thinner and also a lot newer.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a bit superior processing unit than HTC One (M8), because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and faster) and 4 GB more RAM. HTC One (M8) counts with a brighter display than Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel amount per inch of screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE takes a lot better photos and videos than HTC One (M8), because it has a much better (4K) video resolution, a camera with a lot higher resolution, a way bigger sensor providing a way better image quality and a larger aperture to capture better low-light images and videos.

The Galaxy S20 FE costs a bit more money than the HTC One (M8), but you can get a much better phone for that extra dollars.
