The Xiaomi Mi 5s has an overall score of 76.4, which is just a bit better than HTC One (M8)'s 71.9 score. Xiaomi Mi 5s's body is noticeably newer, thinner and just a little lighter than HTC One (M8). Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0.
The HTC One (M8) features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, the HTC One (M8) also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of display.
