Comparison review

Xiaomi Redmi 5 is just a bit better than the HTC One (M8) max, with a 67.2 score against 61.3. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi 5 has the newer 7.1 Nougat version and HTC One (M8) max has Android 5.0 version, counting with some additional features and increased performance.

HTC One (M8) max features a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi 5, because although it has lesser cores (but faster), and they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the HTC One (M8) max also counts with a graphics processing unit. HTC One (M8) max counts with a much better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi 5, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater pixel quantity per screen inch and a much better 2560 x 1440px resolution.

The Xiaomi Redmi 5 features a greater camera than HTC One (M8) max, although it has a way worse resolution camera in the back.
