The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 80.7, which is way better than the HTC One M8s's 66.5 general score. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a just a bit heavier but thinner phone than the HTC One M8s. These phones include the same Android 5.0 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that.
HTC One M8s has a bit sharper display than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the HTC One M8s also counts with a just a bit higher pixels count per inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a quite better processing power than HTC One M8s, because it has a higher number of cores , a greater amount of RAM memory and a graphics co-processor.
