Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is much better than the HTC One M8s, getting an 81.9 score against 66.5. Even being the best in this comparison review, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is a just a little thicker and noticeably heavier device than HTC One M8s. Galaxy S8 Active features a more powerful processing unit than HTC One M8s, because it has a higher number of cores and 2 GB more RAM.
The HTC One M8s features a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, although it has a bit smaller screen, a just a bit lower screen pixels density and a way lower 1920 x 1080 resolution. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active counts with a much greater memory to store more apps and games than HTC One M8s, because it has more internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
Galaxy S8 Active captures a lot better pictures and videos than HTC One M8s, because although it has a lower resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a lot better video quality and a bigger diafragm aperture for better images and video in low-light situations.
