The Galaxy S10 5G is a lot better than the HTC One M9 Plus, with a general score of 93.6 against 66.8. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S10 5G has 11 version while HTC One M9 Plus has Android 5.0, providing you lots of additional features and optimized performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC One M9 Plus, because although it has a 32-bits processor instead of 64-bits, and they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory.
