Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has an overall score of 84.2, which is slightly better than the HTC One M9's global score of 77.7. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro design is extremely newer and a little thinner than HTC One M9's, but it is noticeably heavier. Both devices in this comparison work with Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a more recent 14 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features.
HTC One M9 counts with a lot better performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because although it has 13 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bit processor and an extra GPU. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a little bit better display than HTC One M9, because although it has a just a little lower screen density, it also counts with a much larger screen and a little higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has much more storage capacity for apps and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a very superior battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 94% larger battery capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro captures much clearer pictures and videos than HTC One M9, because it has a way better 7680x4320 video definition, a larger diafragm aperture to take better images in low light environments, a much more mega-pixels camera in the back and a lot larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
