Comparison review
Google Pixel XL has a score of 81.3, which is a bit better than the HTC One M9's score of 77.7. Google Pixel XL is a newer and somewhat thinner cellphone than the HTC One M9, but it is also just a bit heavier. HTC One M9 counts with a slightly better screen than Google Pixel XL, although it has a bit smaller screen, a way lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a just a bit lower pixel count in each inch of display.
The HTC One M9 features a better hardware performance than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits processor, a graphics co-processor and 4 more CPU cores (although they are slower). The Google Pixel XL counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC One M9, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage.
The Google Pixel XL features greater battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has a 21 percent more battery capacity. HTC One M9 has a slightly better camera than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting photos in low light situations and a tinier sensor, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the HTC One M9 also counts with a back camera with a lot better 20 MP resolution.
Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC One M9. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC One M9, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
