Huawei Mate 30 Pro is much better than the HTC One M9, getting a global score of 87.1 against 77.7. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 30 Pro has 10 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version. Huawei Mate 30 Pro's construction is way newer and just a little bit thinner than the HTC One M9's, although it's a lot heavier.
