Comparison review
Moto Z4 has an overall score of 79.8, which is slightly better than HTC One M9's 77.7 score. The Moto Z4 design is notably newer and thinner, but just a little bit heavier than HTC One M9. Both phones in this review use Android OS, but Moto Z4 has a newer 10 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, so it provides a lot of extra features.
HTC One M9 features just a bit better performance than Moto Z4, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and a 64-bit processing unit. The HTC One M9 counts with a more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z4, because although it has a way smaller display and a little worse 1920 x 1080px resolution, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel number in each inch in the display.
The Moto Z4 shoots better videos and photos than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Moto Z4 also has a larger back camera sensor taking higher quality videos and photographs, a much larger aperture to capture better photography and video in poorly lited situations and a lot higher 48 mega-pixels resolution camera.
The Motorola Moto Z4 features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC One M9, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory. Moto Z4 features improved battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has a 27% bigger battery size.
Although Motorola Moto Z4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One M9. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Motorola Moto Z4, else you can save some dollars and buy the HTC One M9, resigning some specifications.
