Comparison review
HTC One M9 has a score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s's overall score of 76.4. These phones have Android OS, but HTC One M9 has an older 5.0 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Even being the best phone in this review, we must tell that it's also older, just a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker.
The HTC One M9 has a better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit, an extra graphics processor and 4 more cpu cores (although slower). The HTC One M9 counts with a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080, the HTC One M9 also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of display.
HTC One M9 features a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing photos and videos in poorly lited environments and a tinier camera sensor taking lower quality photos and videos, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the HTC One M9 also counts with a way more mega pixels back facing camera.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a lot bigger storage for games and applications than HTC One M9, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory. Xiaomi Mi 5s has just a little bit longer battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has a 13 percent more battery size.
Even being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, HTC One M9 is also a bargain compared to the other phones.
