Both devices in this comparison include Android operating system, but the LG V10 has a newer 5.1 version while HTC One max has Android 4.4.2 version, offering some additional features and some performance improvements. The LG V10 construction is newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than HTC One max.

The LG V10 has a little more vivid screen than HTC One max, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better pixels count in each inch of display.
