The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max is much better than HTC One ME, with a overall score of 93.2 against 73.5. The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max comes with iOS 15.x operating system, while HTC One ME has Android 5.0 operating system. The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max design is a lot newer and notably thinner, but noticeably heavier than HTC One ME.
The HTC One ME features a little sharper screen than Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display. The HTC One ME counts with a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPhone 13 Pro Max, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 2 TB.
IPhone 13 Pro Max counts with a very superior CPU than HTC One ME, because it has more cpu cores, a greater amount of RAM memory and a 64-bits CPU. Although Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One ME. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC One ME, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
