Google Pixel 6a has a score of 76.4, which is a little bit better than the HTC One ME's score of 73.5. These phones have Android OS, but the Google Pixel 6a has the newer 12 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version. Although Google Pixel 6a is somewhat heavier than the HTC One ME, it's just a bit thinner and also noticeably newer.
The HTC One ME has a much better looking screen than Google Pixel 6a, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better amount of pixels per inch in the display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The HTC One ME features a lot better processing power than Google Pixel 6a, although it has lesser RAM and an inferior number of cores.
The HTC One ME features a much better memory to install games and applications than Google Pixel 6a, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 2 TB. The Google Pixel 6a features a superior camera than HTC One ME, because although it has a camera with a lot worse 12.2 MP resolution and a worse 3840x2160 video resolution, it also counts with a lot larger aperture to capture better low light photos and video.
The Google Pixel 6a counts with a much longer battery life than HTC One ME, because it has 4410mAh of battery capacity instead of 2840mAh.
Although Google Pixel 6a is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One ME. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Google Pixel 6a, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the HTC One ME, giving up a couple features and specs.
