HTC One M9 is just a bit better than HTC One ME, with a general score of 77.7 against 73.5. HTC One M9's construction has the same thickness than the HTC One ME, but it's just a bit heavier. Both of these phones have the same Android 5.0 OS, so both of them should provide identical OS features. The HTC One M9 counts with a quite superior hardware performance than HTC One ME, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM, the HTC One M9 also has a graphics processing unit, more CPU cores and a 64 bits processor.
The HTC One ME counts with a little sharper display than HTC One M9, because it has a higher display density, a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a bit larger screen. The HTC One M9 takes much better videos and photos than HTC One ME. Both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same video frame rate, a same size diafragm aperture, a same resolution back facing camera and a 0.42 inches sensor.
HTC One ME counts with much more memory capacity for games and applications than HTC One M9, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the HTC One ME also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 2 TB. HTC One M9's battery duration is very similar to the HTC One ME one.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, HTC One M9 is also a bargain compared to others.
