The HTC U Ultra is a bit better than the HTC One ME, with a 77 score against 73.5. HTC U Ultra is a newer and somewhat thinner device than the HTC One ME, but it's also a bit heavier. HTC One ME features a sharper screen than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the HTC One ME also counts with a just a bit greater number of pixels per inch in the screen.
HTC U Ultra has just a little better performance than HTC One ME, because it has a higher amount of RAM and more cpu cores. The HTC U Ultra has a better memory capacity to store more games and applications than HTC One ME, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB against 2 TB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.
HTC U Ultra counts with a bit superior battery life than HTC One ME, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity. HTC U Ultra features a much better camera than HTC One ME, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 video definition and a lot worse 12 MP resolution camera, it also counts with a larger sensor shooting better quality videos and photos and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better images and videos in low light environments.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One ME. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC One ME, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
