Huawei Mate 20 lite has an overall score of 76.2, which is slightly better than the HTC One ME's 73.5 overall score. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 lite has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version. Huawei Mate 20 lite's design is a lot newer and way thinner than the HTC One ME's, although it's a little bit heavier.
The HTC One ME has a much better display than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater display density and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The HTC One ME counts with a little bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 2 TB.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite has a bit better performance than HTC One ME, because it has 1 GB more RAM memory and 7 more CPU cores. The Huawei Mate 20 lite shoots much better photographs and videos than HTC One ME, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a camera with a 20 megapixels resolution and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has a bigger aperture.
Huawei Mate 20 lite features greater battery lifetime than HTC One ME, because it has a 3750mAh battery capacity instead of 2840mAh.
