Both devices in this review use Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 30 has a newer 10 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version. Although Huawei Mate 30 is way heavier than HTC One ME, it's thinner and newer.
The Huawei Mate 30 counts with a more powerful CPU than HTC One ME, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and 7 more cpu cores. HTC One ME has a sharper display than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The HTC One ME features a much greater storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 2 TB. Huawei Mate 30 features a greater camera than HTC One ME, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a lot larger back camera sensor shooting lot higher quality photographs, a larger aperture for better low light images and a much more MP back facing camera.
