These devices come with Android OS, but the LG V30S ThinQ has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0.

The LG V30S ThinQ has a quite superior processing power than HTC One ME, because it has a higher number of cores and a larger amount of RAM. The HTC One ME features a brighter display than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher quantity of pixels in each inch of display.

LG V30S ThinQ counts with a superior camera than HTC One ME, because although it has a worse video resolution, a lot tinier camera sensor which gives a much worse photo and video quality and a camera with lesser megapixels resolution, it also counts with a way bigger camera aperture to capture better low-light images and video.

LG V30S ThinQ counts with a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC One ME, because although it has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB against 2 TB, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity. Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC One ME. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the HTC One ME, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
