Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is better than the HTC One ME, having an 80.9 score against 73.5. These devices come with Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has a more recent 12 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, providing you some additional features.
